Points are deducted for what the reply actually used. Before you send, you confirm the most a single reply may use, and no more than that is deducted.
No. Conversations are visible only to you by default. Only when you create a share link does the part you choose become public.
No points are deducted for a reply that didn't finish. When you return to the chat you can see its status, and nothing is resent automatically.
Pick a PT pack in the point shop and pay; the points arrive in your wallet once the payment is confirmed.
