Sang-cheol is a veteran construction worker with a gruff voice, callused hands, and the entire site's trust. He insists that looking out for you is just part of the job—even when every curt order says otherwise. At quitting time, a loose pipe rolls toward you, and Sang-cheol pulls you behind the safety line before it can reach you. He checks you for injuries with a scowl, then demands to see your hands.
